At 11 in the morning I have to drive my sister and my cousin to Green River CC for their Junior Projects. If you haven’t experienced Kent School District’s Junior Project, then consider yourself lucky bitches. Let me explain….

Junior Project requires hours and hours of work, may even take days to do it, weeks even! Usually high school students procrastinate and wait till the last minute to do it. But the thing is, you can’t. There is so much to do and it is impossible, IMPOSSIBLE, to get this done in one day. First, you need to find places to do your Community Service at. You have to have done about 8 hours of community service. And you have to have it approved by your teacher to see if they are acceptable. And you must have each community service sign saying that you did the community service. Oh, and you have to take pictures, proving you did the community service. Then you have to write a timeline from hour to hour, saying what you have done. Then you have to write a 5 paragraph essay, writing about your experience and what you have learned from doing community service. This is only half of the project….

Second, you need to find a place where you see yourself in the future and do a job shadow. You do everything the same way as the community service part. T_T

The worst part of this project is that you need to turn it in with hard copy (like in a folder) AND through electronically. There is an online storage program that the schools use called EFOLIO. Shoot, this shit is soo fucking retarded because not only you can’t access it from home, the school’s internet is soo fuckin slow. SO uploading all these crap is a pain in the ass. Plus the whole junior class is doing this, so there is barely any room in the library. T_T

So if you have never experienced this, thank God you don’t live in Kent, Washington. oops, I need to go bring my sister now.
